What do you need to pay attention to before the large roll of galvanized wire?

Large roll galvanized wire is made of low carbon steel wire rod processing, after drawing forming, pickling rust removal, high temperature annealing, hot galvanized. It is processed by cooling and other technological processes. Large roll galvanized wire is divided into hot galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (electric galvanized wire). Galvanized iron wire has good toughness and elasticity, and the zinc content can reach 300 grams/square meter. It has the characteristics of thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance.

Compared with other galvanizing processes, the cleaning requirements for low carbon steel wire before plating during galvanizing are low. However, under the trend of increasing the quality grade of galvanized layer, some pollutants are brought into the plating tank. Obviously becomes something harmful. Because cleaning the galvanized layer wastes a lot of time and reduces the yield, it is very important to properly clean and effectively rinse the substrate before electroplating.
The defects such as surface film and surface inclusion can be removed locally from the surface of the deposited layer of galvanized wire before galvanizing can be found and treated by conventional technology. Excess foam is caused by the surfactant of soap and saponifiable fats being brought into the tank. A moderate rate of foam formation may be harmless. The presence of a large number of tiny homogenous particles in the tank stabilizes the foam layer and is matted with activated carbon to remove the surfactant. Or filter to make the foam less stable, which is an effective measure; Other measures should also be taken to reduce the amount of surfactant brought in.
